Most of our available properties are independently owned and smaller units, so having a wedding at our properties may give some additional problems, especially with parking. The available properties would be great options for guests or even the happy couple for the evenings around the wedding. Each property have their own rules and what is allowed. If you can’t find any of the information in their listing, feel free to reach out to us and we can get you an answer!
The payment requirements differ depending on the listing as each property is independently owned and they all have different rules. Some may require a 50% deposit, insurance, all up front, or any number of variations. Details should be listed on their individual listings. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
Some of our properties are equipped with child amenities (pack and play cribs, high chairs, toys and books, and similar), some might have some features that might not be best for kids (ledges, dips, non-covered outlets or childproof drawers, etc). Please check the listing for additional information. The same can be said about pets. Some properties may allow a pet or two, some may strictly prohibit it. All pets must be declared when booking. Please reach out if you have any questions about any specific listing.
We may be able to offer special rates for returning customers or even have special promotions from time to time. These are at the owners discretion, but hopefully our rates booking directly through us should be a bit cheaper than what you can find at other online book sites which have their own fees. We do have fees for insurance if required by the owner and such which we disclose, which would be similar to what other sites might have for their fees, but we disclose them and what they are for upfront.
