Overview
Court on the Lane is comfortably furnished first floor house just 5 blocks from downtown Ashland. A block away from the main Siskiyou Blvd is one of Ashlands Historic District, you have easy walk to downtown, restaurants, grocery store, and theaters. This home has a total of 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 Baths and with the addition of a pull-out hide-a-way bed, can accommodate up to 6 comfortably or 8 with the hide-a-bed couch. The two main bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, while the 3rd has double twin beds. A Half bath attached to one of the main bedrooms, and a full bath is attached to the bedroom with the twin beds. Another full Bathroom is access through the kitchen. The kitchen has had a very recent remodel, opening up the space, plus other improvements in the Family Room.
The Space
Featuring three bedrooms and two-point-five bathrooms, this house is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to explore all that this charming town has to offer. The bedrooms are spacious and well-furnished, with queen beds in the main bedrooms and double twin beds in the third to ensure a good night’s sleep. A hide-a-bed is available in the family room for up to 8 occupancy. The recently remodeled kitchen boasts modern amenities and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals. The family room is the ultimate hangout spot, with plush seating, a new smart TV, and high-speed internet. Step outside to the back deck, where you can relax and BBQ while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
You won’t have to worry about parking with three dedicated off-street spots, and there’s even room to store and secure your bikes. Traveling with a camper and need a break, the parking area is large enough to accommodate a smaller camper and possibly other towable items (let us know what you’ll want to bring to see if it will work).Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is the perfect tranquil retreat after a day of exploring.
For larger groups, there is the option to rent the Loft of the Lane, a separate studio with its own private entrance.
Guest Access
The Court on the lane is located on the first floor of a beautiful home, this accommodation offers easy keypad access for your convenience. Don’t worry about broken keypads, as backup keys are available.
Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, shared between the Court on the Lane and The Loft on the Lane.
Take advantage of the shared off-street parking lot, where you will have your own space just for you. There is a marked spot for the Loft on the Lane so we kindly ask our guests to be considerate of parking and leave space for other vehicles to come and go.
